The low-rise resort hotel consists primarily of one-story, Caribbean-style cottages housing one-bedroom units with shaded porches along a palm-lined "street." Lush tropical landscaping adds to the shady, peaceful, village-like atmosphere.

A bayside swimming pool and a private fishing dock can be found on one side of the property; a private beach is accessed through another resort across the road.

Patios with barbecues, complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas around the pool, pet-friendly units, and guest laundry facilities are also offered.

The resort's 34 bright, one-bedroom condo-style guest suites (the units are privately owned) all contain separate living rooms and bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with modern appliances, dining areas, and shaded porches facing the resort's "street", which is for use by guests only. The interiors are finished with a palette of pale creams and white, with light-colored tile floors and natural and white-painted wood furnishings with bright tropical accents. They feature ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable TVs with VCRs and DVD players, multi-line phones with complimentary long distance calls, and complimentary wireless Internet access.
